Everyone has regrets about something at some point in life. Why do you get stuck on past decisions? What things do you regret most? Do regrets lead you to some kind of action-or lead you away from taking any action at all? Maybe you're read- ing this book because you're tired of responding to feelings of regret by sinking into self-loathing or by building a future in your mind that is empty and useless.
